The subject will guide students to critical and societal critique of their own lives from classical, modern and global perspectives. Sociology is an essentially broad subject in terms of content and method. The previous focus of subject included topics such as social stratification (eg, class relationships), religion, culture, differences, etc. This course aims to equip students with basic concepts, sociological perspectives, sociological research methods and knowledge of a wide range of contents related to international research and development. So this course is not only suitable for students in international research and development but also for students of any major who want to understand their life and society with a multi-dimensional point of view.
