- Content description
The subject provides learners with practical knowledge and extensive theoretical knowledge on development policy. After graduation, learners acquire skills to solve problems, lead, critique, criticize and evaluate work quality, communicate problems and solutions. Moreover, learners will have the ability to work independently or in groups, guide and supervise others in development policy activities.
- Objectives of the subject
At the end of the course, students may:
- Present practical and theoretical knowledge of development policy as development policy tools to address growth and development constraints, the possibility of structural transformation, macroeconomic imbalances, fiscal policy, labor market performance, sources of inequality and volatility, and related social policy issues.
- Explain the knowledge about Vietnam’s development policy.
- Apply knowledge of development policy to analyze development policy.
- Improve problem-solving skills, problem communication and solution skills.
- Lead, critique, criticize and evaluate the quality of work related to development policy.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and in groups, and work in a multicultural and multilingual environment. Be self-directed, draw professional conclusions and defend personal opinions.
